Vision for the City of London

On Monday 26th July we welcomed our very own Common Councilman, Sheriff Christopher Hayward to give us a talk about his ‘Vision for the City of London’.  Chris in his usual enthusiastic and engaging style led us through a number of key projects that have been and will be completed in the Square Mile including the bold design of a ‘tulip’ shaped building that will become a central tourist attraction.  As the City starts its recovery from the pandemic both economically and culturally, there is plenty of positive development going on thanks to our hard working Common Councilmen.  Chris has been at the heart of the planning for many iconic buildings in the City and is passionate about shaping a vibrant and green environment fit for generations to come.  Our thanks go to him and his assistant Gemma for giving up their time to enlighten us on what the future holds.
