PwC Art Collection
A Visit to the PricewaterhouseCoopers Art Collection on Wednesday 14th March 2018
On behalf of the PwC partnership, BSWC Members were welcomed to the premises at No. 1 Embankment Place by Mr David Adair (Head of Community Affairs for PwC). David spoke about 'UK Youth', the PwC-linked charity which BSWC will be supporting this year, and introduced Catherine Townson, the Head of Partnerships and Development.
Catherine thanked the Ward Club for its donation (presented by the Chairman) and explained how it would be used and the difference it will make to the work of 'UK Youth'.
Rachel Dickson and Emma Russell of 'Dickson Russell Art Management' were then introduced and talked about the Terry Farrell building and the PwC art collection before dividing everyone into two groups to take a tour of some 65 or so pieces, spread across Levels 1 and 9 of the building.
A number of the attendees then enjoyed supper at 'Champagne Charlie's' at Davy's Wine Bar just 5 minutes around the corner.
