Objectives

  1. The Club's main function is to organise social events for its members that are fun, interesting or educational and which strengthen their links with and enjoyment of the City of London.

Members are encouraged to network with each other and to find out more about the City of London, its unique form of government and traditions and both its famous and more obscure history, buildings and organisations.

Activities

Each year, the Club's varied programme of events aims to celebrate the City of London's art, music, history and other unique attributes. These events also bring Club members together with the Ward's Common Councilmen and Alderman and, at least once each year, with the Lord Mayor of the City of London. Membership

The Club welcomes new members and is open to those on the Ward List of Electors maintained by the Corporation, those who work within the Ward and others who have the interest of the Ward at heart.

There is a nominal entrance fee and an annual subscription (currently £20) are payable by Bankers Order on January 1 annually. The Honorary Secretary will be glad to answer any questions which you may have

  • Corporate membership is also available carrying a subscription of £125. This entitles 5 individuals to attend Club events at the member rate.
